![]() ![]() ![]() Hello, I wanna start by saying I really do like your clothes and deals! I even got my husband to check you guys out and now he loves it as well. ALL I am asking for is for this company to refund me my money and issue my a return label for articles of clothing that were sent after a specific date of delivery that was initially lost by there 3rd party delivery company. After numerous emails, I found that when I did return from being out of the country for a business meeting that the order was indeed delivered but I do not need 2 orders of the same articles of clothing. While out of the country, I receive an email stating that “Lasership” has delivered my package and as I stated in the emails, how do I know that the package was delivered because I need said items at the initial delivery date which was November 1st, then it kept getting pushed back all the way until the 8th of November when I reorder the items. I have a serious issue with an order that I placed back in October 27,2021 and the third party delivery company LOST my package after numerous and continuous emails and phone calls trying to locate my “initial package.” So, the outcome of this entire ordeal is that I had to place another order, have it overnighted in order to make my business trip on time. This is definitely bad business and has discouraged me to shop with you all in the future. At this point I feel as though I’ve been robbed of my money. If the package is lost then I need that to be said and I need to be accommodated more than just a $10 credit. I need to know where my package is and I would like to know as soon as possible. Receiving a $10 credit on almost a $200 order will not cut it. I have been shopping with you all for years without any issues. I have reached out to customer support multiple times and the only response I keep receiving is that “it is on the way”. Today is June 26th and there still isn’t any movement on my order. I am aware of the companies delivery time frame 3-7 business days not including holidays and weekends. I placed my order on June 10th with a delivery date of June 17th and have not received anything. I wanted to reach out to you all to see if I could possibly get some assistance about my packages since I have not received any useful assistance thus far.
